- Jump to a report for any customer, vendor, or disconnect code for any interval you need.
- Open all hunting attempts in a call containing this CDRs.
- View SIP / H.323 packets and Call flows for this very CDR, as well as for all other legs in a call.
Disconnect code viewer
A Disconnect code viewer is part of a CDR viewer and will allow you to see a detailed report on all disconnect codes for any period you like.
- Set any filters on any columns to get the very report you need.
- Get info on calls connected and rejected by the source party, destination party, or the switch itself.
- Jump to charts, traffic reports, or CDRs for any disconnect code.
Active calls viewer
An Active calls viewer is part of a CDR viewer and shows you a table of all calls in your VoIP switch.
- Sort and filter the table to see live calls you are interested in.
- 5gVision may add additional information to this table that may no exist at your switch, like an area or country name.
- Jump to charts, traffic reports, or CDRs from any call record.
